Cookie policy
HOSPIRIS uses no advertising cookies. With your prior agreement, an internal cookie provides more accurate audience measurement.
What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored or read on a computer, phone or other device when an online service is used. It may support technical operation, remember a choice or measure audiences.
Current website position
Traffic is measured by an internal tool hosted by OVH. Once accepted, it records the page viewed, date, device type, browser, language and referring domain. No IP address is retained and no data is shared with an advertising network or third-party analytics service. Acceptance or refusal is stored for six months and can be changed through the “Cookies” button. Detailed records are deleted after no more than thirteen months.
Strictly necessary trackers
The client portal and audit management tool use a session cookie that is strictly necessary for authentication, maintaining the session, protecting forms and preventing unauthorised access. It is limited to the session and is not used for advertising, audience measurement or cross-site profiling.
Some purely functional settings may also be stored locally on the device to remember the state of the interface. They do not allow the user to be tracked across other websites.
Future changes
If HOSPIRIS later introduces non-exempt cookies, the website will be adapted before activation: clear information, equal accept and refuse choices, the ability to change that choice at any time and an updated policy.
